Paper submission

All contributions — regular papers, special-session papers and presentations of SSP journal papers — go through a single online submission system.

How to submit

  1. Prepare your paper

    Format your manuscript with the official IEEE conference template: four pages of technical content, plus an optional fifth page for references only.

  2. Submit online

    Upload your paper through the conference submission system before the submission deadline.

  3. Final version

    Once your paper is accepted, submit the IEEE copyright form with your camera-ready version.

  4. Present in Annecy

    Bring a printed A0 portrait poster with you to display at your poster session.
