SSP 2027 is an in-person conference. All papers, tutorials, and other accepted contributions must be presented on-site — virtual-only presentation is not available.

Every accepted paper must be covered by at least one author registration by 30 April 2027 — this applies to both workshop papers and SPS journal paper presentation requests.
Registration benefits
Conference registration covers the welcome reception on Monday evening, all technical sessions, the banquet dinner on Wednesday evening, all coffee and refreshment breaks, exhibits, and access to the electronic proceedings.

Registration may cover up to four papers on which the registrant appears in the author list — all must be presented in person.
